SecureEVAs
Data Protection & Compliance

Privacy Policy

How SecureEVAs collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal and sensitive information across our services and company websites.

Effective January 1, 2025

Purpose of the Document

SecureEVAs is committed to protecting the privacy of our Clients, partners, and users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, share, and safeguard personal and sensitive information obtained through our services and interactions. Maintaining your trust is a priority, and we strive to handle your data with care, transparency, and in compliance with applicable laws.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2025. This Privacy Policy describes the information collection practices of the following: our company websites at www.secureevas.com ("Company Sites"), and the services that we offer.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information processed by SecureEVAs, including data collected from Clients, partners, and website visitors. It also applies to all SecureEVAs employees and contractors who access or manage such data.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Client Data: Personal information Clients provide to us directly (e.g., names, email addresses, billing details, files uploaded to our systems).
  • Automatically Collected Data: Information gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g., IP address, browser type, usage patterns).

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We group them as follows:

  • Strictly necessary: Required to deliver the site — routing, security, load balancing, and remembering the cookie choice you make below. These are always active and, under applicable law, are exempt from consent.
  • Analytics: Used to understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them. Set only with your consent.
  • Marketing: Used to measure campaigns and deliver relevant content. Set only with your consent.

We do not currently run any analytics or marketing cookies on this site. We ask for your consent in advance so that no such cookie can ever be set without your permission: analytics and marketing categories stay switched off until you turn them on, and your choice is recorded for 6 months before we ask again.

Cookieless visitor measurement. We do count how many people visit the site each day, but we do it without cookies and without identifying anyone. When a page loads, our server combines your IP address and browser type with a secret that changes every day, and stores only the resulting one-way hash. We never store or log your IP address, the hash cannot be reversed, and because the secret rotates at midnight the same visitor cannot be recognised from one day to the next. The result is a daily count and nothing more — no profile, no cross-site tracking, no personal data retained.

Because this reads and writes nothing on your device and produces only aggregate statistics, it operates under our legitimate interest in understanding whether our website is useful, rather than under consent. You can still opt out at any time: switch Analytics off in the cookie preferences below and we will stop counting your visits. We also honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals automatically.

You can review or change your choice at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Information from Children

We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under the age of 13. If we discover we have received any personal information from a child under the age of 13 in violation of this Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we have any information from or about anyone under the age of 13, please contact us at sales@secureevas.com.
